Rebe de la Paz, our founder and CEO started the company in 2020, under the name RDP Associates. After a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem, working as an administrator, consultant, architect and trainer, Rebe wanted to take her experiences and her entrepreneurial spirit to create a company that focused on implementing Salesforce solutions, while also creating a company that would redefine how we work, how we do business and how we live our lives while working. And in 2024, after four successful years, it was time to rebrand!

Why the name Simplicity+? We have made a deliberate choice to focus on simplicity as the cornerstone of our consulting approach. We understand that clarity fosters understanding, and simplicity is the key to unlocking effective communication and problem-solving. Our commitment to simplicity extends beyond design aesthetics; it’s a guiding principle that permeates every aspect of our work.
